CST Industries is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across assigned territories. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and represent the welded tank product line, building relationships with engineering firms, contractors, reps, and end users.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, site visits, presentations, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success and accurate forecasting.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of outside sales or account management in industrial/engineered solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and basic engineering plans.
• Travel up to 50–70% within the territory.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business within assigned territories.
• Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, events, and CRM activity.
• Develop relationships with engineering and consulting firms that influence tank and silo projects.
• Conduct account reviews, site visits, and customer meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and project solutions aligned with CST’s goals.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure accuracy and project success.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasting, and follow-up activities.
• Support rep and direct sales channels with training and joint visits.
