Las Vegas is an important and expanding market for New Tradition. We are assembling a best in class portfolio across the region and are entering a transformational phase of growth. We are looking for an entrepreneurial salesperson who wants to help build our presence, shape our commercial strategy, and grow with us as the business evolves.
As Regional Account Executive, you will own revenue generation across New Tradition’s Las Vegas portfolio. You will carry a regional sales budget and be accountable for consistently meeting or exceeding it by developing new business, expanding existing client relationships, and strengthening New Tradition as a leading OOH partner in the market.
You will work with local and regional agencies and direct clients to understand their business objectives and develop compelling solutions across New Tradition’s offerings. The role requires someone who can sell the full value of a premium portfolio, spanning long-term campaigns, flighted opportunities, major events, high-impact takeovers, and integrated brand activations.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued development of New Tradition’s Las Vegas business. The successful candidate will combine strong local relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset, helping us identify new revenue opportunities, deepen our position in the market, and capitalize on the significant growth ahead.
This is a hybrid role working onsite two (2) days per week, with the expectation of standard office hours, client visits, and participation in events as needed. You will also be required to travel periodically to our New York headquarters for training and meetings, and to take on additional tasks assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer.
