Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. seeks a regional quality compliance professional in Burr Ridge, IL to drive FDA-regulated initiatives for medical gases and regulated manufacturing environments.

You will lead root cause investigations, CAPAs, and training programs, ensuring readiness for FDA/state inspections while collaborating with Operations, Safety, Engineering and Customer Service. Travel 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Science, Engineering, or Quality, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in medical gases, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, particularly 21 CFR 213 and current Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing CAPAs.
  • Ability to travel regionally (40-60%) to support sites and investigations.
  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
  • Flexible to centrally located sites within central region.

  • Analyze quality trends, complaint data, and CAPA effectiveness for leadership.

Pay range: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly, depending on experience
