Metric Geo is seeking a Regional President for Luxury Residential Owner's Rep with oversight across Florida and the Caribbean. The role is remote with a strong Florida/South Florida presence and a track record of 15+ years in luxury residential projects, construction, architecture, development, or owner’s representation.

The candidate will manage regional P&L, lead business development, and deliver project leadership while guiding a high-performing team across a remote-enabled environment.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in luxury residential, construction, architecture, development, or owner’s representation.
• Proven track record in senior leadership with regional scope and P&L accountability.
• Experience managing luxury residential projects in Florida and the Caribbean.
