Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a District Operations Manager to scale capacity, standardize performance, and strengthen operational discipline across all branches in the region. The role focuses on inventory integrity, SOP compliance, and the execution of corporate initiatives to enable District Managers to concentrate on customers, talent, and growth.

The DOM will own critical operational processes, lead audits, and drive field execution of national and regional programs, acting as a force multiplier

Qualifications

• Strong branch operations background including inventory, audits and receiving.
• Proven SOP compliance and operational consistency across branches.
• Prior leadership experience in operations-heavy environments.
• Experience with D365 or Mincron is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory integrity and audit readiness across warehouses and branches.
• Lead cycle counts, returns, and receiving discipline.
• Prepare and close branch audits; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure D365 process compliance and troubleshoot workflows.
• Drive regional operational health metrics and reporting.
