Job summary

CES Power LLC in Dallas is seeking a Regional Branch Manager to lead our Dallas branch, driving operational excellence, safety, and exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced environments. You will oversee fleet, logistics, maintenance, and service delivery while building a high-performing team.

You will partner with Sales and Engineering to meet customer commitments, manage budgets and P&L, and develop talent across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Excellence: manage branch operations including fleet, logistics, warehouse, equipment readiness, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Champion Safety: foster a zero-incident safety culture and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Develop High-Performing Teams: recruit, coach, and develop employees across multiple functions.
• Drive Business Results: partner with Sales, Engineers, and Leadership to meet customer outcomes and manage budgets, labor, and P&L.

You'll ensure CES Power delivers on every customer commitment while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Operational ExcellenceManage branch operations including fleet, logistics, warehouse, equipment readiness, maintenance, and service delivery.Drive performance through key operational metrics, including utilization, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Lead resource planning for major projects, peak demand periods, and emergency response situations.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.Champion SafetyFoster a zero-incident safety culture.Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.Partner with our Environment, Health and Safety Specialist to lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.Work with our Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist to conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Develop High-Performing TeamsRecruit, coach, and develop employees across multiple functions.Build leadership capability within the organization.Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development efforts.Create an engaged, accountable, and employee-first culture.Drive Business ResultsPartner closely with Sales, Engineers, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful customer outcomes.Support regional growth objectives and business development efforts.Manage branch budgets, labor costs, capital expenditures, and profit-and-loss performance.Use data and insights to improve operational and financial performance.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.7-10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.5+ years leading large teams in logistics, transportation, distribution, field services, industrial operations, equipment rental, construction support, military operations, or similar industries.Experience leading multiple operational functions and delivering measurable business results.Strong financial, operational, and people leadership skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.Preferred ExperiencePower generation, temporary power, energy services, equipment rental, utilities, industrial services, construction support, or live events.Multi-site operations leadership.Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence training.OSHA certification.ERP, EAM, or CMMS systems experience.Emergency response or mission-critical operations leadership.Why CES Power?At CES Power, you'll join a team that values:Safety Above EverythingAccountability and OwnershipCustomer-First ServiceCollaboration and TeamworkContinuous ImprovementProfessional Growth and DevelopmentYou'll have the opportunity to lead talented teams, make a direct impact on business performance, and support some of the most exciting projects and events in North America.Employment StatementCES Power LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
