The role requires 8–12+ years in tech leadership, cloud and data expertise, and a track record of transforming operations through technology in a high-growth, international environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
  • Experience across enterprise apps, infrastructure, security, development, analytics, integrations, and support.

Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.8-12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.Proven leadership across multiple technology disciplines including enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, analytics, integrations, and support.Experience operating in high-growth environments where execution and adaptability are essential.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, modern software development, cybersecurity, and data ecosystems.Demonstrated success partnering directly with business leaders to improve operational performance through technology.Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic investments.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting field-based or operational workforces.Experience in private-equity-backed organizations.Experience leading software development, AI, automation, integrations, and data initiatives.M&A integration and
