Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking Regional Managers to oversee travel center locations within designated regions, driving profitable sales and leading store teams.

You will recruit, train, and mentor regional managers, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. Willingness to relocate to support Northeast, Midwest, or Mountain West regions is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Profit and loss accountability in high-volume retail management.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays on a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability at the management level.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Relocation willingness is highly preferred.

Job Description

Our Regional Managers oversee all travel center locations in their region and are responsible for driving profitable sales in the stores. Along with operational support, Region Managers must also recruit, train, and maintain their team by providing ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within their region. We are currently looking for candidates located within and/or willing to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
• Great people management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed
