Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking Regional Managers to oversee travel center locations in the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West. You will drive profitable sales and lead operational excellence across multiple sites, while recruiting, training, and coaching their Managers to build a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-unit or regional leadership with P&L accountability, exceptional customer service, and a proven ability to develop talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit or regional management with responsibility for financial results.
• Proven P&L accountability in high-volume retail environments.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture.
• Excellent people management and team leadership skills.
• Able to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description

Our Regional Managers oversee all travel center locations in their region and are responsible for driving profitable sales in the stores. Along with operational support, Region Managers must also recruit, train, and maintain their team by providing ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within their region. We are currently looking for candidates located within and/or willing to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
• Great people management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed
