Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee all travel center locations in specified regions, driving profitable sales and ensuring exceptional store performance. This role requires strategic leadership across multiple sites and a focus on coaching regional managers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in regional retail management with P&L accountability, and a willingness to relocate as needed to cover Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail with financial results responsibility.
• High-volume retail leadership with Profit and Loss accountability.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership with ability to recruit, train and coach teams.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.

Job Description

Our Regional Managers oversee all travel center locations in their region and are responsible for driving profitable sales in the stores. Along with operational support, Region Managers must also recruit, train, and maintain their team by providing ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within their region. We are currently looking for candidates located within and/or willing to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed
