Impact Rentals seeks a Region Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within the assigned region in the United States. The role reports to the President and focuses on profitability, growth, and customer experience across all sites.

Responsibilities include hiring and training branch managers, enforcing company values, and collaborating with fleet, sales, and training teams to drive annual objectives and regional plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a profitable region and oversee branch locations within the assigned region.
• Hire, promote, and train branch managers for each location.
• Instill IMPACT Safety, Vision, Mission, and Values across the region.
• Inspect, rank, and hold accountable each branch manager for profitability and growth against annual objectives.
• Report region results monthly and quarterly to the President and Executive Team; develop annual objectives.
• Collaborate with Region Service Manager to ensure equipment quality, consistency, and maintenance.
• Conduct annual reviews of branches and branch managers.
• Foster an energetic workplace emphasizing customer experience across locations.
• Develop the annual region fleet plan with Fleet Acquisitions Manager, Sales Manager, and President.
• Review and refine training classes annually with Corporate Trainer and other Region Managers.

Job Title: Region Manager

Reports to: President

This position is responsible for the oversight of branch locations within the assigned region.

Essential Functions:

• Position is responsible for delivering a profitable region.
• Position is responsible for hiring, promoting, and training branch managers for each branch within the assigned region.
• The position is responsible for instilling the IMPACT Safety, Vision, Mission, and Values throughout their assigned region.
• The position is responsible for inspecting, ranking, and holding accountable each assigned branch manager and location for profitability, growth, and overall results measured against the annual objectives.
• Responsible for reporting region results monthly, quarterly and development of annual objectives to the President and Executive Team.
• Responsible for working closely with the Region Service Manager to ensure quality, consistency, and maintenance of equipment within the region.
• Responsible for annual review of branches and branch managers.
• Responsible for fostering an energetic workplace emphasizing the customer experience across all assigned locations.
• Responsible for working closely with the Fleet Acquisitions Manager, Sales Manager, and President to develop annual region fleet plan.
• Responsible for working with Corporate Trainer other Region Managers, Service Manager, and President to review, develop, and refine all training classes on an annual basis.

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to move around the office, retrieve files, and operate office equipment.
• Must be able to operate a computer and landline phone efficiently.
