Job summary

Ultipro seeks an engineering leader to oversee planning, design, installation, and optimization of equipment and processes across three regional locations. You will collaborate with production and staff to analyze issues and drive corrective actions with a strong focus on engineering solutions.

The role requires 8–10 years in manufacturing, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Job description

Responsible for providing engineering leadership and support, including the planning, design, installation and optimization of new and existing equipment and processes. Collaborates with production and staff personnel in investigating, analyzing and planning action for correction of production issues that involve engineering considerations. Position has engineering oversight of 3 locations across the region. Other duties as assigned.

B.S. in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical). Must have 8-10 years industry-related experience in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of process improvement concepts, data analysis, diagnostic tools and techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to participate on and lead cross-functional teams. Strong project management experience, particularly of complex projects.

P.E highly preferred
