Qualifications

• Three years in the field of early care and education.
• Experience conducting adult workshops or training.
• Experience liaising with customer/provider groups.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor childcare educators using evidence-based practices.
• Assess implementation results and guide progress toward goals.
• Recruit and orient educators for IdahoSTARS programs (PDRS, QRIS, ICCP).
