Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is partnering with a rapidly growing medical aesthetics company to build a dynamic territory in the Des Moines area.

You will open new accounts in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine, develop physician relationships, and drive revenue with an entrepreneurial, hunter approach. High commissions and substantial earning potential await.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of successful B2B sales, preferably within medical aesthetics.
• Established relationships in plastic surgery, dermatology or aesthetic medicine a plus.
• Proven history of exceeding sales goals.
• Hunter mentality with new business development and account acquisition.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to independently build a territory.

Our client is a rapidly growing medical aesthetics company with a differentiated product portfolio and a strong commitment to innovation, physician education and practice growth.

They are expanding their presence and are looking for a proven sales professional to build the territory, open new accounts and drive meaningful revenue growth across Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.

Compensation:

• Commission from the First Dollar of Sales
• Commission accelerators up to approximately 20%
• Uncapped Commissions
• $300K+ Year 1 Earning Potential
• Mileage Reimbursement

The Opportunity:

This is a true territory-building sales position — not a maintenance role.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing new physician and practice relationships throughout the assigned market
• Opening new accounts and generating incremental revenue
• Building relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and practice owners
• Identifying high-value opportunities and converting prospects into customers
• Expanding business within existing accounts
• Driving product adoption and long-term account growth
• Building a territory with significant long-term earning potential

Experience:

We want a proven sales professional who knows how to create business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Min. 3+ years of successful B2B Sales experience preferably within Medical Aesthetics
• Established relationships within Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and/or Aesthetic Medicine a plus
• A demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals
• Proven success with new business development and account acquisition
• Hunter mentality
• Experience selling aesthetic devices, injectables, professional skincare, medical aesthetics or related products preferred
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to independently build a territory
• A strong sense of urgency, competitive drive and desire to own the number
