Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a skilled laboratory technician to support Wake Forest University Health Sciences in the Regen Medicine institute. You will perform standard chemical, physical, and biological tests under supervision, and guide lab staff as needed.

The role requires a related science degree or high school diploma with years of clinical/research experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to train others in laboratory techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Zoology, or related science, or high school diploma is required.
• Four years of related clinical/research experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts standardized chemical, physical, and biological tests on samples.
• Measures, analyzes, and reports data from experiments and observations.
• Trains and demonstrates procedures to graduate students and staff.
• Reviews journals and literature to support ongoing research.
