Job summary

Southall Farm and Inn in Franklin, TN seeks a Farm Manager to lead the Farm Cultivation Team across a 2-acre vegetable operation and four acres of orchards, plus pasture-raised poultry. The role supports onsite restaurants, events and retail outlets with produce grown through organic and regenerative methods.

• 5+ years in organic/biodynamic farm management.
• Experience operating tractors and farming equipment.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams.
• Strong guest, staff interaction and education.
• Open to new methods and diverse communities.
• Passion for sustainable farming.

• Build and manage the Farm Team and culture.
• Ensure high-quality produce for on-site dining and events.
