Southall Farm & Inn is seeking a Farm Manager to lead a 2-acre vegetable operation and four acres of orchards, producing pasture-raised eggs and poultry. You will oversee the Farm Cultivation Team and align farm output with onsite restaurants, events and retail outlets, using organic and regenerative methods.

The role requires expert team leadership, hands-on farming experience, and a passion for guest education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in organic/biodynamic farm management.

Responsabilités

• Build, develop and manage the Farm Team to work towards Southall’s purpose.
• Design and implement systems to ensure high-quality produce in right quantities and timing.
• Ensure farm spaces are guest-ready, educational and sensory-rich.
• Define Farm Team roles, accountability and long-term direction.
• Hire, onboard and train Farm Team members and manage weekly labor allocation.
• Foster a collaborative culture and maintain high team morale.
