Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a business-related field and two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Above-average customer service skills and ability to work independently or in a team to meet deadlines.
• Aptitude for detail, accuracy, and problem solving in dispute resolution contexts.

Responsibilities

• Research, investigate, track, and follow Regulation E rules for disputed transactions.
• Demonstrate accuracy and orderliness in handling ACH and ATM/POS disputes within Regulation E timeframes.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding Reg E software and process changes.
• Keep FRAML and Supervisor informed of trending issues and escalations.
