Husky Technologies in Milton, VT is seeking an Assembly Technician for refurbishment of hot runner systems. You will inspect, repair, rebuild, test and restore equipment to peak condition following drawings and procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and pride in quality workmanship are essential.

The role offers full-time hours in a manufacturing campus with a focus on safety and efficiency. On-site work includes lifting up to 35 lbs and collaboration with the team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect and evaluate hot runner systems and components from customers.
• Document inspection findings and identify components needing repair or refurbishment.
• Clean, repair, rebuild and reassemble mechanical components per drawings and work instructions.
• Install, fit and adjust components to ensure proper fit and function.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Use hand tools and measuring tools safely and effectively.
• Perform product testing and heat testing to verify quality.
