Husky Technologies seeks an Assembly Technician for our Hot Runner Assembly team in Milton, Vermont. You will assemble, fit, test and inspect precision parts for industry-leading injection molding systems, working from drawings and procedures to ensure top quality.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand, power and pneumatic tools, and the ability to read mechanical drawings. Safety, quality, and teamwork are emphasized, with excellent growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with hand, power and pneumatic tools is required.
• Ability to read/mechanically interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic English communication, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies per drawings and instructions.
• Install, fit and adjust parts to ensure proper fit and function.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Use hand and power tools, plus measurement fixtures safely.
• Inspect assemblies and document quality results.
• Test products and record results as required.
• Identify issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and safe.
• Communicate concerns to supervisors and teammates.
• Collaborate with team to meet production and delivery goals.
