Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for Aftermarket Operations to own the strategy and outcomes for refurbishment, spare parts, end-of-service, and non-revenue inventory across the post-sale lifecycle. You will manage key vendor relationships and partner with engineering and quality teams to support warranty returns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in reverse logistics, aftermarket operations, refurbishment, or a closely related supply chain discipline.
• Experience managing external operational partners, setting expectations and resolving issues.
• Ability to define rules and standards where no playbook exists, supported by data.
• Track record turning a broad mandate into a concrete plan with your own point of view.
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence across warehouse, engineering, quality, and operations.
• Comfort with data-driven KPI definitions and problem detection before escalations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Must be willing and able to commute 5 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Own refurbishment strategy and vendor relationships; plan production across refurb sites.
• Oversee refurbishment quality standards and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Own spare parts strategy end-to-end, including catalog and ordering.
• Lead end-of-service transition planning to balance customer impact and cost.
• Manage non-revenue inventory turnover and disposition rules.
• Support warranty returns with triage processes and engineering collaboration.
