Job summary

GameStop in Grapevine, TX is looking for a Refurb Supervisor to direct and coordinate activities across refurb process areas, driving efficiency and profitability through hands-on leadership and data-driven decision making.

You will supervise up to 50 associates and 5 leads, define processes, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet production, quality, inventory, and cost goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s in logistics, distribution, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in a distribution center/warehouse/refurbishment environment with leadership experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and direct daily activities of the assigned process area(s) and leaders/leads.
• Define and improve processes, standards, and guidelines; ensure adherence to documented processes.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate assigned work area or shift to meet productivity and quality requirements.
• Minimize overtime payroll expense.
• Support a team-building environment and continuous improvement culture.
• Supervise up to 50 employees and 5 leads.
• Communicate production and quality standards and compile reporting.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
