Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role within manufacturing or distribution.
• 2+ years as a Manager in a distribution center or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient English communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities of one or more refurbishing businesses and teams to meet goals.
• Define and improve processes, standards, and guidelines; create implementation plans.
• Develop and execute process improvement strategies for assigned areas.
• Minimize expenses and maximize output using Lean or analytics.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement across departments.
• Lead a group of 2–5 supervisors and 50–200 non-exempt employees.
• Create reports on performance and communicate metrics to management.
• Interview, hire, and develop associates to maximize performance.
• Communicate issues to prevent process delays, safety risks, or losses.
• Collaborate with Refurbishment and Distribution Centers to exceed objectives.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain loss prevention and safety judgment.
