Job summary

GameStop in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Manager, Refurbishment Operations to lead core refurbishment businesses and drive profit through process improvements. You will analyze performance, mentor a team of supervisors and staff, and report metrics to leadership.

Onsite five days a week, you will develop standards, manage expenses, and collaborate across Refurbishment and Distribution Centers to meet objectives while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Administration.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing, distribution center, or similar environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, TPM, workflow mapping; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more Refurbishment businesses and teams to meet goals.
• Define and improve processes, standards, and guidelines; implement new strategies developed by leadership.
• Develop and execute process improvement strategies for assigned areas within Refurbishment.
• Minimize expenses and maximize output using Lean tools and data analysis.
• Mentor 2–5 supervisors and 50–200 associates; report performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with Refurbishment and Distribution Centers to meet objectives and ensure safety.
