Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• Access to external programming systems for documentation work.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry, Analysis and Database Maintenance across systems.
• Communications servicing including follow-ups with dealers/providers and clients.
• Problem solving to ensure compliance with state requirements and accurate data flow.
• Priority research to improve processes and meet SLAs.
• Other duties as assigned.
