Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Proceeds Coordinator to manage daily ancillary refund cancellations for our lender clients. You will gather product data, perform proceed research, and document the refund investigation process within the Refund Plus workflow, focusing on aged loans and SLAs.

You will collaborate across teams, perform data entry across platforms, and communicate with dealers, providers, and clients to ensure accurate funds flow and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of work-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry, Analysis, and Maintenance – Document cancellation refunds and input data into various platforms.
• Communications Servicing – Investigate funds and contact dealers, providers, or clients via email, phone, or mail.
• Problem Solving – Navigate multiple systems to ensure accurate proceeds flow and compliance.
• Priority Research – Develop process improvements and investigate refund scenarios to meet regulations.
• Other duties as assigned – Participate in special projects and tasks as needed.
