Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a Proceeds Coordinator to manage daily ancillary product refund cancellations for our lender client base. Responsibilities include proceed research, data documentation, and resolving refunds within standard SLAs.

You will interact with dealers, providers, and clients via emails, calls, and teams meetings to ensure accurate funds flow and proper recording. The role emphasizes data entry, analysis, and collaboration across multiple systems, with a focus on compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of work-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance for cancellation refunds.
• Investigate funds flow for refunds via dealers, providers, or clients by emails, calls, or letters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate refunds and compliance with SLAs.
• Research refund scenarios and product contract language to resolve cancellations.
• Attend program testing with Allied development teams to enhance processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
