Job summary

Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island in Providence is seeking a Case Management Services Program Coordinator to support case management operations, data management, QA, and program compliance. You will work with case managers to enroll clients in CMS programs and resolve issues, and you will coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure client needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating enrollment of clients into appropriate CMS programs.
• Providing oversight of services across CMS programs.
• Overseeing daily operations like housing, client expenses, contracts, data collection and reporting.
• Ensuring proper offers of programs and face-to-face client interactions.
• Providing trainings on program databases and policies.
• Liaising with other departments and community groups.
• Maintaining client records in agency and external databases.
