Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in resettlement, humanitarian services, nonprofit program management, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience.
• Demonstrated experience in case management, employment services, refugee resettlement, or overseas relief is highly desirable.
• Experience with grant management, program monitoring, data review, reporting, training, and technical assistance is preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and computer skills; ability to prepare clear reports and communicate findings within deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills to work with affiliates, field offices, partners, funders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide national oversight and support for refugee services program activities across USCRI’s network of affiliates and field offices.
• Deliver training and technical assistance to local providers on program implementation, compliance, reporting expectations, and quality assurance practices.
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities to assess program performance, service quality, client outcomes, and compliance with federal guidelines and funder requirements.
• Collect, review, and analyze program data to support grant reporting, project analysis, continuation applications, leadership updates, and funder deliverables.
• Draft monitoring reports, document findings and recommendations, track corrective actions, and follow up with network offices to support timely resolution and continuous improvement.
