Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Construction OR HS/GED Degree
• Experience operating skid steer and tractor preferred
• Experience with Windows, MS Outlook

Responsibilities

• General grounds and facility maintenance at the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). Work will include landscaping, maintenance and rehabilitation of existing, worn infrastructure components, and natural area, trail and facilities upkeep, rehabilitation, and maintenance.
• Minor equipment maintenance and equipment operation may be required.
• Facilities maintenance includes repairing, replacing, and maintaining property; routine plumbing, electric, water plant, HVAC systems maintenance, carpentry, painting, and cleaning; timekeeping duties and site upkeep.
