Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Supervisory Maintenance Coordinator to plan and supervise hourly staff in the Refrigeration and Broiler Departments at our Grand Island facility. You will schedule shifts, oversee preventive maintenance, and coordinate with management to ensure reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 3–5 years of related supervision and maintenance experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience supervising hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedules powerhouse and refrigeration personnel to maintain the departments for optimal facility operation.
• Prepares and supervises preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to maintain all systems under the powerhouse and ammonia refrigeration departments.
• Tracks and reports on all utilities on a weekly basis.
• Manages and completes hourly employees' timesheets.
• Works with and communicates with manager on issues which arise that could adversely impact the operational performance of the facility.
• All other duties as assigned.
