Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a Refrigeration Technician 3 to maintain, repair, and inspect ammonia refrigeration systems in our Production facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and stay compliant with safety documentation under modest supervision.
The role requires extensive experience with ammonia systems, PSM knowledge, and the ability to work with a diverse team. On-site, 10–12 hour shifts with potential overtime and weekend scheduling.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Under moderate supervision a Refrigeration Technician 3 is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and examining refrigeration systems, working specifically with ammonia refrigeration. This role requires performing preventative maintenance to refrigeration systems. Will respond to any system interruptions and have the flexibility to be on call to conduct emergency repairs. Must be able to work and communicate with a diverse variety of individuals, including fellow technicians, supervisors, clients and assist with upkeep of critical documents.
