Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems in our cold storage facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance on ammonia, CO2, and Freon systems, uphold safety and regulatory compliance, and troubleshoot facility control systems.

Shifts are Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00pm–4:00am with a pay range of $24.71–$41.68 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
• Ammonia refrigeration certifications (RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.

Shift Differential: $1.00/hr

• Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.

• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments ( -20°F to 100°F ).
