What You’ll Do:

• Lead the construction, installation, and servicing of walk-in coolers, freezers, and commercial refrigeration units.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
• Manage and train apprentices and junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
• Interact directly with clients, providing exceptional service and technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, walk-in construction, and HVAC maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage job sites and mentor team members.
• Refrigeration Contractor License(or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
