Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of custom refrigeration systems, offering design, maintenance, and support services. Due to our growth, we are seeking qualified team members who share our vision.

We are looking for a Regional Service Technician to join our Service department. The role involves repairing, maintaining, and supporting industrial refrigeration equipment for our clients. A solid understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is essential.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (40-45 hours/week)
• Two nights per week out of town (hotel and per diem covered)

Key Duties:

• Refrigeration repair and maintenance for industrial accounts (100 HP to 5,000 HP)
• Routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems
• Electrical troubleshooting of compressors, control, and alarm systems
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience (supermarket, rack, or industrial refrigeration)
• Knowledge of controls and electrical systems (high and low voltage)
• Universal EPA certification
• RETA 1 & 2 certification preferred
• Pre-employment drug, felony, and motor vehicle record screenings
• Safety-sensitive position requiring ongoing drug testing
