Position: Refrigeration Technician

*** $2,000 HIRING BONUS ***

Position Summary

Must be able to work on-call when scheduled. Responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting refrigeration systems such as storage units, ice machines, beverage equipment, etc., ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician should be driven to succeed, work independently, and utilize strong problem-solving skills and HVAC-R experience to process and complete work orders. Perform scheduled maintenance, suggest improvements, and carry out repairs as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of field experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration service.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Positive attitude, good attendance, and cooperative demeanor.
• Ability to work well with colleagues, customers, and the public.
• Proper use of safety and personal protective equipment.
