Description
The Refrigeration Service Supervisor will provide field oversight for assigned service technicians within the RD&S Service Division. The Field Service Supervisor reports to the Service Manager and coordinates with the Service Support Manager. Responsibilities include technician support and training, safety procedures, preventive maintenance, specialty technical services, system commissioning, warranty, and assistance to sister companies in the Kelvin Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a professional work environment based on Kelvin Group core values.
- Ensure RD&S standards are met at all customer sites.
- Serve as the first point of contact for technicians on technical matters.
- Supervise and influence technicians to maintain proper documentation and workflow.
- Coordinate work with the Service Coordinator.
- Oversee site preventive maintenance and inventory management.
- Supervise technicians, review performance, resolve system failures, and address safety violations.
- Promote ongoing education through industry seminars and training.
- Develop technicians’ technical skills through site visits and training on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, safety, and communication.
- Maintain effective communication with end users and resolve conflicts.
- Balance daily workloads and document technician performance for reviews.
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Technical/relevant refrigeration training, RETA certifications preferred.
- OEM training for equipment start-up and service.
- Safety and equipment training completion.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to grow in refrigeration.
- Willing to travel up to 90% locally.
- Valid driver’s license required.
