Job summary

Tyson Foods in Cincinnati is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance professional to support our facility by maintaining equipment, ensuring safety, and minimizing downtime.

You will perform preventative and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, work with CMMS, and coordinate with plant personnel to keep the operation running smoothly; lifting up to 75 lbs and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of mechanic work or refrigeration experience, or graduate of an industrial maintenance program.
• PSM experience preferred.
• Refrigeration experience preferred, ammonia refrigeration knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Interact with plant personnel to achieve goals and minimize downtime.
