Job summary

Peak Industrial Company is a family owned and operated business serving Utah, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. We repair Thermo King transport refrigeration, Bobcat and JCB equipment, and Club Car vehicles. We value internal growth and provide training to technicians and staff.

We’re seeking skilled technicians for on-site services in Utah, with a supportive team environment, paid holidays, PTO, 401k, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Mechanical repair training and/or experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational ability and customer focus.
• Can-do attitude with good judgment and decision making.
• Safety focus toward self and coworkers.
• Desire to learn and improve self and surroundings.
• Willing to work different shifts if necessary.
• Must be able to work from ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in customer service through proactive communication and meeting commitments.
• Proactively accomplish equipment installation and/or repair activity as assigned.
• Drive to meet and exceed productivity, cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards.
• Efficiently diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment and truck/trailer systems.
• Follow established technical and administrative processes as directed.
• Adhere to all shop procedures while completing tasks and efficiently closing repair orders.
• Participate in OEM and other training programs as deemed appropriate.
