Job summary

Dart Commercial Services is seeking Refrigeration Installer Helpers to assist in installing refrigeration equipment at various locations. You will support the installer with fabrication, wiring, and system integration, ensuring that sensors and thermostats function properly.

The role requires basic mechanical skills and a readiness to travel to job sites. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent, with 0–3 months related experience preferred.
• Mechanical experience is welcomed and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a stellar safety record and use PPE (gloves, safety goggles) while on site.
• Coordinate with management, customers and technicians on installation timing, location and method.
• Assist installer with fabrication and installation per drawings and specs; read schematics and manuals.
• Support connections to electrical, control, fuel, water lines, ducts and other utilities.
• Assist testing of installed systems and adjust electrical/ mechanical controls as needed.
• Assist in ordering, pickup, delivery and installation of materials and supplies.
