Job summary

Hussmann in Houston is seeking a Technician to install commercial refrigeration systems across supermarkets and cold storage facilities. You will read plans, solder copper piping, and inspect systems to ensure performance and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• EPA 608 certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of refrigeration systems in commercial facilities.
• Complete projects on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications for wiring, cabling, and components.
• Document time sheets and invoicing information accurately and timely.
• Read plans and perform piping, fittings, and valve work as required.
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and service bulletins while maintaining safety standards.
