Job summary

Hussmann is seeking motivated technicians to support HVAC/R maintenance, diagnosis, and repair for supermarket and cold storage facilities in the Charlotte area. Join a team with 1906 legacy, robust training, and opportunities for growth.

You will assist service, installation, and warehouse teams, handling tools, parts, and materials, while ensuring safety and accuracy on job sites. A valid driver’s license and physical work capacity are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service, Installation and Warehouse teams by furnishing tools, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean work area, machines, and tools; hold materials for other workers.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, staging, and inventory of materials.
