Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Tradesman Refrigeration to install, assemble, and support commercial refrigeration systems on new construction and remodel projects. This role covers welding, pipefitting, electrical, and carpentry as required, while complying with safety regulations and project specs.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, installing piping and equipment, testing for leaks and electrical integrity, and delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and refrigeration diagrams.
• Proficient in installing and servicing commercial refrigeration equipment and piping.
• Must perform diagnostic testing on piping systems and electrical components.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and jobsite procedures.
• Ability to work across multiple trades and maintain high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and manufacturer specs to install HVAC/R and refrigeration systems.
• Install refrigerant piping, pumps, compressors, valves, and air-distribution equipment.
• Perform pipefitting tasks including brazing and welding for refrigeration applications.
• Test joints for leaks using detector methods, gauges, or soapy solutions.
• Test electrical circuits and components to determine repairs and ensure proper operation.
• Connect refrigerant lines, air ducts, controls, and related components.
• Inspect EMS equipment and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain documentation and conduct.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service needs.
