Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Refrigeration Appliance service technician to perform residential appliance services and promote the sale of additional Constellation Home services.

The role requires diagnosing and correcting complex problems, maintaining stock and equipment, and providing training to team members. You will work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, with eligibility to meet driving standards and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience working with appliances.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle aggravated service requests for appliances.
• Promote additional Constellation Home services.
• Identify and repair complex appliance problems.
• Maintain stock and equipment; recommend additions or deletions.
• Attend appliance manufacturer training and share knowledge with the team.
• Mentor other service technicians in the field.
