Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is hiring for Refrigeration Appliance technicians to service residential customers in the Baltimore area. The role focuses on performing appliance repairs and promoting Constellation Home services to customers on-site.

The position requires expertise in refrigeration and related systems, along with strong customer relations and sales ability. Training is provided; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with appliances.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in at least two of the following areas refrigeration, laundry, and kitchen systems.
• Advanced skills in servicing gas and electric water heaters.
• Advanced skills in customer relations.
• Advanced skills in sales with the ability to recommend and promote all services offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Performs Refrigeration Appliance services for residential customers and promotes the sale of all other services.
• Serves as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service.
• Promote the sale of other services offered by Constellation Home to customers.
• Identifies and corrects complex problems in specified appliances.
• Maintains company stock and equipment, and makes recommendations for additions or deletions as needed.
• Attends appliance manufacturer training and presents to team.
• Serves as a trainer and mentor for other service technicians in the field.
