Quirch Foods in Houston, TX is seeking a warehouse selector to pick, pack and prepare products in a refrigerated environment. You will follow pick tickets, operate MHE, and ensure accurate, timely shipments.

This role requires reading and understanding English, previous warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in cold conditions.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 5 PM to finish, with extended hours and holidays.
• Read, write, and understand English to perform tasks and read shipping papers.
• Warehouse experience as a selector with powered equipment.
• Familiar with CK31 & CK71 scanners; SQF certification preferred.
• Able to work in refrigerated/freezer environments (0–36°F).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 20–100 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately pick product from pick tickets in a refrigerated/frozen warehouse.
• Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, and other equipment as needed.
• Identify and select cases from inventory locations.
• Pick, palletize, wrap and scan orders using FIFO.
• Hand stack product on pallets for shipment in a specific sequence.
• Maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage.
• Return undelivered or mis-picked product to correct locations.
• Transport products from storage to shipping area within expected time.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on MHE and assist with cleaning.
