Misfits Market is seeking a Production Associate for our warehouse in Northlake, IL. You will be responsible for accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a temperature-controlled environment.

Qualified candidates are authorized to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime/weekend availability and reliable teamwork are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Willing to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Use a finger scanner and WMS to locate and pick products.
• Pack items ensuring temperature requirements are met.
• Verify items match orders and maintain quality standards.
• Perform regular quality checks for damages or expirations.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets.
• Maintain inventory in your bay and coordinate with other teams.
