Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Production Associate for our warehouse. You will select, pack, and ship customer orders in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. We offer medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), and a weekly grocery box credit while supporting overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a finger scanner and WMS to locate and select products from designated storage areas in the refrigerated warehouse.
• Safely and efficiently pack selected items into appropriate packaging with temperature considerations.
• Ensure picked items match customer orders and meet quality standards; use proper packaging to prevent damage or spoilage.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay; coordinate with other teams for timely replenishment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE in a food-based, refrigerated environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete required safety training.
