Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a production associate for our warehouse in a refrigerated environment. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with attention to quality and efficiency.

Working in a temperature-controlled setting, you will use a finger scanner and WMS to locate products, ensure items meet order specifications, and maintain safe, organized workspaces. Overtime and occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Willing to work overtime and/or weekends if the business needs you to.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Utilize a finger scanner and WMS to locate and select products from designated storage areas within the refrigerated warehouse.
• Safely and efficiently pack selected items into appropriate packaging, considering temperature-sensitive requirements.
• Ensure picked items match customer orders and meet Misfits’ quality standards; use appropriate packaging to prevent damage or spoilage.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay, communicating with other teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use of PPE in a food-based, refrigerated environment.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace; complete safety training timely.
• Maintain knowledge in all areas of the production line, including box building and prepping.
