Misfits Market is hiring a Warehouse Production Associate to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders in a temperature-controlled facility. You will locate, pick, and pack products using our finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring items match orders and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate and select products using a finger scanner and WMS.
• Pack items keeping temperature requirements in mind.
• Verify items match customer orders and maintain quality.
• Perform regular quality checks and communicate with team.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
